How to install
- Switch off the supply at the MCB. A 16A point is typically wired in 2.5 sq mm copper on a 16A MCB.
- Fix the box level on the wall with screws and wall plugs.
- Bring the cable in, connect phase, neutral and earth as marked, and tighten the terminals firmly.
- Fit a fuse of the correct rating in the carrier, screw the plate onto the box and switch on.
Electrical work should be done by a licensed electrician with the supply switched off. Never replace the fuse with a higher rating or thicker fuse wire than the circuit allows.
